  I travel through this area quite a bit. The one worker is so slow, she has to be doing it on purpose. She obviously doesn't like her job. I don't know why she is on the till and serving slices when she can't work at that pace. If you see a 25-30 year women with lighter hair working the till, go somewhere else or you'll be waiting a long time. I've had her service twice, weeks apart and I'll never go again.The pizza was good. Pizzaville makes good pizza just bad luck on this employee.

  Very inconsiderate service! Called on a Thursday night at 9:10pm, after looking up the operating hours, on the website. Which stated that they were open until 1:00. A woman answered the phone, very unmannerly as I asked to order a pizza for pick up, she doesn't even let me finish the sentence, before very abruptly stating "we closed at 9:00pm" and hangs up on me. I have been to this location several times, as I live close and it has always been awful service. It is honestly too bad because I love pizzaville. They need to consider new employees or just get out of the service industry!

  You have to order at least 35 minutes ahead. It always takes them way too long to make a pizza. The pizza is very good once you finally get it though.

  Big dissappointment! Don't waste your time and money. We have tried several times to support this location but they just don't care. There is never any product ready, even at meal times when one would expect customers if you were the manager of a an establishment in the business of selling pizza. Idiotic staff who can't figure out how to pack a few slices of pieces in a box. Just a waste of time. I love a good pizzaville pie in the city, but this location resembles nothing of its city counterparts.
  
  Unless you enjoy eating cold, rubbery, undercooked pizza, served to you by rude, untrained employees, after an excruciating amount of waiting time, run! Run to the hills as fast as you can. You are better off eating the rest of that half eaten bag of potato chips in the back of the cooler than risk eating here. Such a shame. Pizzaville Corp and management have really dropped the ball on this location and We will reconsider when it's time for pizza in the city as well.
