  Very good food exactly the way you want it. Considering it is a tourist location the food was better and cheaper than i expected it! Clean, fast, friendly staff and very good burger and fries. If you are heading north on 400 stop early and get your burger here and drive right by Lick's in Parry Sound. You'll spend less, get more and like it better than Lick's.

  Ordered my food at 2:17 , received it at 2:48. The woman at the counter was grumpy and rude. She ignored me and the other customers who asked how much longer to wait for our food. 31 minutes later, after I got my overpriced food, the same woman confronted me in the parking lot, saying I took someone else's order. I brought up my dissatisfaction with the whole process, and received no apology, no acknowledgement for the inconvenience. All she said to me was "you're number 83", which was an incorrect accusation. When I produced my receipt that I was indeed number 80 and had taken the correct order, she turned and walked away. No apologies for accusing me of taking the wrong order. I think there is a typo in their sign...it should read "zero burger". I will NEVER return to this establishment.

  Don't eat here if you're in a hurry. With only one cash open I waited 30 minutes just to place my order. Limp fries weren't cooked long enough. Fancy pop machine was out of syrup. Maybe Hero should back off trying to be fast food.

  Way over priced for the disgusting burger I got. The fries were soggy as well. Don't eat here it's a ripoff!
